Coronavirus Delivery & Returns Update

Royal Mail – UK Standard and Express services are experiencing some modest regional reduction in service levels.

DPD Next Day – UK working to normal service levels with 99.9% on time

Ireland, Europe & International – Typically seeing delays of a few days from normal levels.

All products are in stock and will be despatched same day when ordering by 2pm.

We have implemented best safe working practices and in accordance with government guidance are continuing to trade normally.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your item, please return it unused and in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

Please include a note with the following information with your return:

Order number

Reason for return

If you are requesting a refund, exchange or replacement.

 

Faulty Returns

If your item develops a fault within the first 60 days of ownership please return with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If your item develops a fault after the first 60 days but within the first year we will replace the item like for like, or offer a replacement of similar value if this is not possible.

After the first year you will need to contact the manufacturer and begin a warranty claim if applicable. 

Please include a note with your order number, reason for return and request for refund or exchange.

 

Engraved Returns 

If your item has been personalised as per the instructions on your order and you are not satisfied with the quality, we will arrange an exchange.
